Email Us: support@sinbool.appGo to Profile > Settings > Parental Controls. You'll be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN. Once set, you can configure time limits, content restrictions, and audio settings.
Go to Profile > Settings > Language. Choose from English, Arabic, Urdu, Indonesian, Spanish, or French. The app will restart with your selected language.
Yes! Sinbool is designed to work fully offline. All stories, audio, and quizzes are available without an internet connection. Progress is saved locally on your device.
Tap on any locked content or go to Profile > Get Premium. You can subscribe monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will be linked to your store account.
iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Sinbool > Cancel Subscription
Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Sinbool > Cancel
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. Go to Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases. Your premium access will be restored.
For security, we cannot bypass the parental PIN. You may need to reinstall the app to reset settings. Note: This will clear your child's progress. Contact us if you need help.
Go to the Profile screen to see overall progress including lessons completed, quiz scores, daily streaks, and time spent learning.
Check that:
Go to Profile > Settings > Redeem Promo Code. Enter your code exactly as provided. Premium access will be activated immediately upon successful redemption.
